Handling Startup Messages from LotW
If TQSL version 2.0 or later is installed, DXKeeper will display a window informing you of the following conditions on startup:
one or more of your Callsign Certificates will expire within the next 60 days, in which case you should initiate renewal
a new version of its Configuration Data file (Config.xml) is available, in which case you should start TQSL and direct it to obtain the new version
a new version of TQSL is available, in which case you should when convenientupgrade to the new version
This information is retained in the file LotWNews.txt in your DXKeeper folder. If none of the above conditions were true when you last started DXKeeper, then LotWNews.txt will be empty.
