- provides <SIG> and <SIG_INFO> macros

- provides a "QSO Info Layout" window that governs the row-by-row  layout of the Main window's "QSO Info" panel (tnx to Bjorn SM7IUN and Joe W4TV)

- provides the ability to define and quickly select one of four "QSO Info" layouts (tnx to Bjorn SM7IUN and Joe W4TV)

- adds the QSOInfoLayout.htm documentation file

- updates the index.htm, Logging.htm, Macros.htm, and LogSettings.htm documentation files
