- provides the option to send Ø as ---. rather than a numeric 0

- introduces the AudioRecordingConfiguration.htm documentation file

- updates the CWKeystrokes.htm, CWSettings.htm, index.htm, GeneralSettings.htm, Logging.htm, Macros.htm, and SoundcardSettings.htm documentation files
