This release 

 - prevents a "PTT hang" in macro where <start> is followed by <stop> but the MMTTY engine has not begun transmitting by the time the <stop> is encountered (tnx to Phil N9LAH)

 - updates the SoundcardRTTYSettings.htm documentation files
