This release 

- eliminates unnecessary directives to Commander to change tranceiver mode (tnx to Mark WC5M)

- ensures that all DDE directives to Commander are fully initialized (tnx to Dave KB3MOW)

- if a user creates a multi-line macro using the macro editor,  translates the line break character to <13><10> commands in the macro (tnx to Tim KB3NPH)

- eliminates the "Split frequency Operation" option by making Split frequency Operation permanently enabled

- updates the GeneralSettings.htm and Logging.htm documentation files
