This release - disables the popup menu's "Request Propagation Forecast" item if DXView isn't running (tnx to John NA8M) - adds an "LotW" item to each Spot Database entry that indicates whether or not the entry's callsign is known to participate in LotW (tnx to Henryk SP3E, Joe W4TV, and Dennis WB0WAO) *** provides the ability to color each Spot Database entry's background based on LotW participation *** provides the ability to filter the Spot Database based on known LotW participation - provides the option to direct DXView to lookup each newly-created Spot Database Entry that "passes" the current filter settings (tnx to Peter VE3NWA) - records connections with other DXLab applications in the errorlog.txt file (tnx to Jamie W2QO) - updates the ConfigurationDisplay.htm ConfigurationGeneral.htm, index.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm online documentation files. To check for LotW participation, SpotCollector needs access to an LotW database. If you've got DXView installed, then SpotCollector will check DXView's Databases folder; if it finds an LotW databse there, it will use it -- just as it does with the DXCC and Iota databases. If there's no LotW database in DXView's Databases folder, then SpotCollector will check its own Database folder. The new "Participates in LotW" filter is a checkbox at the extreme right of the Main window's Filter panel; below this checkbox is a date indicating when the LotW database was last updated. You can specify the background colors for stations known to participate in LotW (default: yellow) and stations not known to particpate (default: white) via then new Background Colors panel on the Spot Database sub-tab of the Config window's Display Fonts tab. Note that the "automatic DXView update" option, when enabled, only directs DXView to perform updates of newly-created Spot Database entries. If an existing entry is updated by an incoming spot, DXView is not directed to perform an update. SpotCollector 3.0.4 is available via http://www.qsl.net/dxlab/download.htm and via this reflector's Files area. 73, Dave, AA6YQ
