This release 

- when directed to perform a lookup with the callsign box empty, immediately clears the plotted location and path

- enables the ScanDX function to cover the 60m and 4m bands, and retains the settings for scanning these bands between operating sessions (tnx to Gorm OZ6GH)

- responds to clicking the "last heading" box by setting the ShortPath to the last heading (tnx to Anthony N2KI)

- updates the Operation.htm documentation file
