- doesn't generate an errorlog.txt entry in DXViewModule.GetTags if no Special Callsign Database exists (tnx to Joe KX4JR)

- works correctly with the new MapQuest API (tnx to Howard K7JNX)

- provides the ability to specify the Google Map Type: roads, satellite, hybrid, or terrain (tnx to Howard K7JNX)

- when a cell in the Main window's DXCC Progress Grid is CTRL-clicked, directs DXKeeper 10.6.1 or later to filter the Log Page Display by callsign, band and/or mode (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

- updates the Configuration and Operation.htm documentation files
