Notes:

1. the new RefineFilter script command lets you create scripts that are sensitive to the Log Page Display filter in force when the script is launched

2. Enabling the "Include LotW QSLs in CQ (DX, Fields, WPX), and Maidenhead Grid progress" option at the top of the Configuration window's awards tab 

- causes progress reports, submission reports, and summary reports to consider QSOs confirmed via LotW as confirmed; this provides an immediate way to assess what your award progress will be when CQ begins accepting LotW confirmations.

- does not cause WAZ progress reporting to consider LotW confirmations (this will be provided in a future release)
