So if you've filtered the Log Page Display to show all QSOs with 7O1DX, and you then depress the CTRL key while clicking the Advanced window's Mode panel Filter button with the CW and RTTY boxes checked, then the Log Page Display will show all 7O1DX QSOs in CW and RTTY.
