This release 

- For consistency, changes "contest-mode" to "contest mode"

- On the "DXCC Credits Granted" window, provides a "Resolve ambiguous confirmations" option that when enabled causes the Analyze and AutoLink functions make the following assumptions (tnx to Mike W8DN)

  * a QSO to which DXCC credit has been granted that is confirmed by both LoTW and QSL card should be granted award credit for its QSL confirmation, because QSOs granted award credit for LoTW confirmations were already updated by "Sync LoTW QSLs"

  * a QSO to which DXCC credit has been granted that is confirmed by neither LoTW and QSL card should be granted award credit for its QSL confirmation, because QSOs granted award credit for LoTW confirmations were already updated by "Sync LoTW QSLs"

- with the "Display previous QSOs on lookup" option enabled, the "QSO Comments" window scrolls to make the most recent comment visible (tnx to Don WB6BEE)

- adds CAS-4A, CAS-4B, and FS-3 to the DefaultSatellites.txt file (tnx to ARRL)

- when creating a backup of a log containing no QSOs, informs the user and ask whether to create the backup (tnx to Ken SM4EMO)

- updates the Configuration.htm, Contesting.htm, Initialization.htm and Progress.htm documentation files
