This release corrects a regression in DXKeeper 11.1.6 that prevents QSOs from being upload to LotW when TQSL version 1.13 or earlier is installed (tnx to Dave W5SV)

If you have upgraded to TQSL 1.14.1 or later, there is no need to upgrade to this version.
