This release

- correctly initializes flow control on the primary CAT serial port (tnx to Gary AB9M and John KI4JPL)

- provides a checkbox that can enable or disable the Secondary CAT Port (tnx to Dana W8DH)

- updates the Configuration.htm documentation file
