This release

 - doesn't allow the deletion of entries in the frequency tables for frequency-dependent devices

 - correctly places the QSX frequency from SpotCollector into a Kenwood or Elecraft transceiver's transmit VFO (tnx to Gil W0MN, Danny N7DX, Dennnis WB0WAO, and Alan KM4BA)

 - provides the ability to control a band decoder via the parallel port

 - provides the ability to binary encode the selected transceiver on pins 16 and 14 of a selected parallel port

 - updates the Prerequisites.htm, index.htm, Configuration.htm, CommandSequences.htm, ChangingFrequency.htm, QuickSetup.htm, and ControllingMultipleRadios.htm online documentation files

The Config window's "COM" tab has been renamed "Ports" and now provides facilities for configuring a parallel port as well as a serial port.
