This release

- corrects the previously disfunctional Help button on Config window's Bandspread tab (tnx to Frank K8EEW)

- separates bytes sent to an FT-747 by at least 50 ms

- disables Bandspread window control explanations when the box in the Guidance panel on the Config window's General tab is unchecked, but retains the popups describing each DX spot (tnx to Steve K5FR)

- restores the Bandspread window when directed by the Launcher (tnx to Juergen DL8LE)

- removes spots from the Bandspread display within 5 minutes of their exceeding the lifetime setting (tnx to Joe K4IK) 

- provides the option of making the Bandspread window "always on top" via a new setting on the Config window's Bandspread tab (tnx to John N3WT)

- provides new controls at the bottom of the Bandspread window:

*** Config and Help (tnx to Joe K4IK)

*** a button to activate SpotCollector's Main window, if running

*** an indicator whose color shows when an unworked or unconfirmed Spot has been received by SpotCollector but is not visible on the Bandspread (tnx to Steve K5FR)

++++++ letting the mouse cursor hover over this indicator displays the most recent needed spot that isn't visible on the Bandspread

++++++ clicking this indicator resets it to indicate that no unworked or unconfirmed spots aren't visible on the Bandspread

++++++ double-clicking this indicator QSYs the transceiver to the frequency and mode of the most recent needed spot that was previously not visible on the Bandspread

- allowing the mouse cursor to hover over a DX spot displays a small popup that now includes the regions from which the DX station was spotted

- clicking on a DX spot in the Bandspread window 

+++ if the spotted station is operating simplex, configures the transceiver for simplex operation (sets frequency, sets mode, disables Split and Dual watch if available)

+++ if the spotted station is operating split, configures the transceiver for split operation (sets both VFOs, sets mode, enables Split and Dual Watch if available)

+++ initializes DXKeeper's Capture window with callsign, frequency, mode, and DX gridsquare information (if available), and directs DXKeeper to display previous QSOs with the callsign or the callsign's DXCC entity as specified by a new Log Filter setting on the Config window's Bandspread tab

- if both DXKeeper and DXView are running

+++ clicking on a DX spot directs DXView to perform a callsign lookup

+++ CTRL-clicking a spot also rotates the antenna to the DX spot's short path heading

+++ ALT_clicking a spot also rotates the antenna to the DX spot's long path heading

- updates the Configuration.htm and ChangingFrequency.htm online documentation files
