This release - when controlling a Flex Signature radio, enabling the "Display calls on panadapter" option immediately redisplays all spots on the current band - reduces the rate at which commands are sent to a Flex Signature radio to reduce audio stutter - accepts via DDE a SplitSuppressDualUpdateModeCommand that sets the split frequency and optionally enables Dual Watch/Receive and optionally sets the secondary VFO's mode (tnx to Ghassan OD5YA) - provides S-meter and TX-meter support for the JRC-245 transceiver (tnx to Brian KC4KK) - enabling or disabling dual watch or dual receive from the radio's front panel makes the Main window's Dual Track option available or unavailable, respectively (tnx to Björn SM7IUN) - when controlling an Icom IC-756PROIII, offers the "Set radio UTC time on startup or selection" option (tnx to Dave N2DPF) - extends the "Set radio UTC time on startup or selection" option to set the transceiver's time at the beginning of each subsequent hour (tnx to Bruce N7XGR) - updates the Configuration.htm documentation file Notes: 1. I have still not received a straight answer from FlexRadio re the audio stuttering in SmartSDR version 2.4.9 when spots are displayed or cleared. The change made in Commander 13.9.0 - reducing the rate at which spot commands are sent to the Flex API - was suggested by another developer; it seems to reduce (if not eliminate) the stuttering on my 6500, but your mileage may vary. 2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of Commander to be "safe" 3. If this upgrade doesn't work correctly, see the "After an Upgrade" section of 4. After upgrading, to revert to the previous version of Commander, see Commander 13.9.0 is available via the DXLab Launcher and via 73, Dave, AA6YQ
