- when a Log Mode is typed in the Radio panel on the Configuration window's General tab, remembers it between operating sessions (tnx to Thomas DF2OO)

- if DXKeeper is running, includes PSK31 and RTTY in the Log Mode selector in the Radio panel on the Configuration window's General tab (tnx to Thomas DF2OO and Joe W4TV)

- provides transverter support for the 33cm and 23cm bands (tnx to Paul RN3A)

- updates the ChangingFrequency.htm and Configuration.htm documentation files
