This release

- when opening the Workspaces window, tolerates a "Current Workspace Folder" setting that specifies a pathname that doesn't exist and cannot be created (tnx to Carlo IK2RPE)

- with its "use multiple monitors" option enabled, relocates to the primary monitor any window that isn't being displayed on a monitor (tnx to Brian N1IK)

- works around the Microsoft OS version reporting defect so that Windows 10 is properly reported in errorlog.txt file startup headers

- when installing DXView or WinWarbler, installs the latest DXCC.txt file in the application's Databases folder

- responds to CTRL-clicking the Main window's Config button by displaying the Workspaces window

- improves the button and frame captions on the Workspaces window (tnx to Parker W5ADD)

- updates the Configuration.htm, index.htm, and RegistrySettings.htm documentation files
