This version

- adds a SOTA item to the Main window's "QSO Info" panel (tnx to Rob AE7AP and Nuno CT2IRY)

- adds grid2, grid3, and grid4 items to the Main window's "QSO Info" panel, and changes grid item's caption to "grid 1" 

- updates the Logging.htm documentation file
