This release 

- prevents an errorlog.txt entry from being generated by PSKDisplay.SetMode (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- provides the option to display the resizable, always-on-top  "MMTTY Engine" window, which includes spectrum, waterfall, and XY displays (tnx to Joe W4TV, Warren W4WR, and Art W2NRA)

- provides the ability to control the size and quality of the "MMTTY Engine" window's XY display (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- provides the ability to control the frequency width of the MMTTY Engine window's spectrum/waterfall display (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- maintains independent tuning display heights for PSK and RTTY modes (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- updates the PSKReception.htm, SoundcardRTTYReception.htm, and SoundcardRTTYSettings.htm documentation files


Note: the new facilities for enabling and controlling the "MMTTY Engine" window are provided in a panel on the Config window's RTTY tab
