This release 

- prevents local spots from becoming cluster spots by conveying outgoing spots to SpotCollector via the ConveySpot DDE command (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

- enables the "Item focus" panel's "RST Sent" option to working correctlywhen the "clear QSO Info on callsign capture" option is enabled (tnx to Art W2NRA) 

- when switching receive panes, properly enables or disables the Begin and End buttons as a function of that pane's QSO status 

- adds rst_rcvd and transmit_pane options to the <focus> macro command (tnx to Art W2NRA)

 - when Commander 7.4.4 (or later) is running, detects when the active transceiver requires frequency synchronization before logging or spotting, and performs that synchronization (tnx to Jamie W2QO, Ken K4XL, and Paul VE1DX)

- if a QSO's status is "started", display its start time in the Log QSOs panel in red font; if a QSO's status is "stopped", display its start time in the Log QSOs panel in blue font (tnx to Jerry KG6TT)

- updates the Macros.htm documentation file
