This release

- corrects a regression in 4.2.3 that causes double-clicking on a RTTY spot with soundcard RTTY configured for FSK operation to set the transceiver to the wrong frequency with Commander running (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- does not report "unable to execute" to an application requesting that a macro be invoked (tnx to Nigel ZL2DF)

- permits the user to click on a soundcard RTTY frequency whose tones are less than 100 hz or greater than 3000 hz, but depicts the associated waterfall traces with dotted lines to highlight the fact that no transmission or decoding will occur (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- makes the following changes to pane management (tnx to Iva UA6LJB, Jim KG4YWD, and Joe W4TV)

*** CTRL-clicking the color-coded panel to the left of a receive pane only enlarges or hides panes if the operating mode is PSK31 or PSK63

*** CTRL-clicking the color-coded panel to the left of an enlarged PSK receive pane restores the PSK receive panes to their previous state 

*** ALT-CTRL-clicking the color-coded panel to the left of an enlarged PSK receive pane restores all previously-visible PSK receive panes to visibility, dividing the available space among them equally
 
*** when the operating mode is PSK31, PSK63, or RTTY with both soundcard RTTY and external modem RTTY active, right-clicking a receive pane displays a menu that includes a new "equalize all receive panes" item that when clicked distributes the available space equally among all receive panes

- with the mouse cursor in the QSO Info panel's Callsign tab, striking the Tab key places the mouse cursor in the Transmit pane unless Contest mode is enabled, in which case the mouse cursor is placed in the QSO Info panel's RX# item (tnx to Nigel ZL2DF and Dennis WB0WAO)

- when directed to execute a macro containing a <log_qso> or <log_eqsl_qso> command, verifies that the QSO Info is valid before executing the macro; if the QSO Info is not valid, flags the invalid fields, and does not execute the macro (tnx to Nigel ZL2DF)

- updates the Logging.htm, Macros.htm, PSKReception.htm, RTTYModemReception.htm, and SoundcardRTTYReception.htm online documentation files
