This release 

- recognizes FT8 in spot notes, and adds an FT8 checkbox to the mode filter window

- includes audio announcement files for the ARDOP, FT8, ISCAT, MSK144, QRA64, QRA64A, QRA64B, QRA64C, QRA64D, QRA64E, and SIM31 modes


Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of SpotCollector to be "safe"
