This release 

- prevents a spot database entry from being considered "needed for Marathon" if it doesn't specify a valid DXCC entity (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- informs the user on startup if the spot database pathname specifies a nonexistent drive rather than generate an errorlog.txt file (tnx to Brian N5BA)

- adds a Distance field to the Spot Database (tnx to Dennis KB7ST)

- updates the ConfigurationGeneral.htm and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
