This release 

- displays WAZ and Marathon need coloring on web browsers connected to its web server

- corrects the JT6M Mode filter (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when a spot database entry is double-clicked, doesn't wait for DXView's response to convey information to Commander (tnx to Chuck WS1L)

- provides a new setting on the Configuration window's Audio tab that determines if callsigns on the Special Callsigns list are announced whether they are needed or not (tnx to Paul VE1DX)

- if a callsign is being announced because its on the Special Callsign list, always includes the callsign in the announcement - eliminating a previously-provided setting

- updates the ConfigurationAudio.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
