The following prerequisites must be satisfied before installing SpotCollector 5.4.0:

1. direct DXKeeper to make a log backup (Config window, Log tab, Backup button)

2. terminate DXKeeper

3. direct DXView to install DXCC Database version 2.3.4

4. terminate DXView

5. direct the Launcher to upgrade DXKeeper 8.9.9

6. start DXKeeper 8.9.9

6a. direct DXKeeper to execute the new FIX_PJ script

6b. direct DXKeeper to "Recompute"
