- corrects a regression introduced in SpotCollector 5.1.9 that that causes the Hide/Unhide function to not work (tnx to Ken K4XL)

- accelerates LocaleInfo.GetLocaleANSICodePage (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- ensures that the vertical scrollbar in spot source windows is fully visible on Vista and Windows 7 systems (tnx to  Phil GU0SUP)

- tolerates registry errors when restoring previous session values for process priority and operator location (tnx to Joe K2UF)

- handles a click of the Filter panel X button with the CTRL key clicked by displaying all Spot Database Display entries without clearing the Band, Mode, Origin, and Continent filters and changing each Spot Database Entry's Hidden field to 'N' (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- doesn't announce CQ zones if realtime award tracking for WAZ is disabled in DXKeeper (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

- recovers gracefully if DXKeeper's specified mode definition file does not exist

- recognizes ROS, WINMOR, and WSPR spots

- updates the SpotDatabase.htm documentation file
