This release

- disables the LotW and eQSL filters when you click the Filter panel's X button while depressing the CTRL key (tnx to Norm W4QN)

- with the Spot Database Display sorted in descending order, correctly repositions the Spot Database Display when you click the "Autoscroll Disabled" message (tnx to Art W2NRA)
 
- in the IRC spot source window, doesn't consider responses to /CTCP <IRC Robot> commands to be private messages (tnx to Bob KB1JZU)

- eliminates the need to surround SQL substitution commands like <NEEDFILTER> with parenthesis

- extends the "alert when Talk message received" option to apply to private messages received via IRC (tnx to Bob KB1JZU)

- provides the option to specify a .wav file to be played when Talk or Private messages are received with "alert when Talk message received" enabled, and provides a ring.wav file in SpotCollector's Sounds folder that can be used for this purpose (tnx to Bob KB1JZU)

- provides a button that sets the Spot Database Display's row height to match its current Font Size

- updates the ConfigurationSources.htm, and ConfigurationSpotDatabaseDisplay.htm documentation files
