This release

- does not create an errorlog.txt entry when a telnet cluster responds to a connection attempt with "force rejection" (tnx to Tom N4NW)

- does not consider a callsign with an entity override to match any existing Spot Database Entries created before the override was specified or created with a different entity override (tnx to Jerry K3BZ and Joe W4TV)

- informs the user if the specified Spot Database filename doesn't exist and can't be created, but doesn't generate an errorlog.txt entry and doesn't allow the DAO data source selection window to appear (tnx to James KC2NFI)

- extracts QSX frequencies from local spot notes submitted via WinWarbler (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- uses the specified operator location in Spot Database Entries generated or updated by the user's spots (tnx to Mike W9RUK)

- right-aligns the Spot Database Display's FirstTime, LastTime, and SpotTime columns (tnx to Pete K5GM)
