This release 

- prevents erroneous content in the Spot Database NoteSource field (tnx to Franco 3A2MW)

- prevents program error 3077 in module LogDatabaseModule.IOTACategoryWorkedBefore Query failure (tnx to Dave W6DE)

- uses 50 MHz instead of 30 MHz to distinguish between IOTA HF and VHF categories


Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider the new versions of SpotCollector.exe to be "safe" 

   a.  0/13 Jotti scanners detected malware in SpotCollector.exe or SC_WSJTX.exe

   b.  0/72 VirusTotal scanners detected malware in SpotCollector.exe or SC_WSJTX.exe
