- updates NCDXF Beacon prefixes and locations (tnx to Tapio OH3HN)
--- Madeira Island => Madeira Islands
--- United Nations => United Nations HQ
--- South Africa => Republic of South Africa
--- VS6 => VR

- if a "To the DX Station" forecast is initiated with Frequency-dependent settings enabled on the Configuration window's Prediction tab, (tnx to Don WB6BEE)

--- don't report an invalid TakeOff or Power setting in the "Your Station" panel on the Main window's Parameters tab

--- report an invalid TakeOff or Power setting for the current band

--- report a current frequency that does not lie in a band for which settings have been specified

- on the Main window's Prediction tab, include a callsign in the description above the forecast if one is available (tnx to Don WB6BEE and Dave W6DE)

- on the Configuration window's Prediction tab, provide a new "Prediction Bands" panel that permits individual bands to be hidden in the prediction display

- updates the Configuration.htm, index.htm, Operation.htm, and Prerequisites.htm documentation files

Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of PropView to be "safe" 

   Virus total: 0 of 73 engines detected malware (PropView can start a propagation prediction engine, a capability evidently misconstrued)

   Jotti: 0 of 14 engines detected no malware

   Microsoft Security Intelligence: no malware detected
