This release 

- directs Commander to place the transceiver into CW mode with split enabled if the Beacon Monitor's QSY box is checked with the Beacon monitor venabled 

- directs Commander to disable the transceiver's split if the Beacon Monitor's QSY box is unchecked with the Beacon monitor enabled

- provides a Predict box in the Beacon Monitor window's Monitor panel that when checked computes and displays a propagation forecast for the currently-transmitting beacon (tnx to Peter OE6ZH)

- updates the Beacons.htm documentation file
