This release 

- when converting previously-specified overrides, tolerates "expiration dates" not in YYYY-MM-DD format

- doesn't allow an override expiration date to be specified in a format other than YYYY-MM-DD

- trims legacy override components if they are too large (tnx to Jim N0AV, Gary KW0J, and Rick N8XI)

- ensures that callsigns displayed in the Main window's Search panel are upper case (tnx to Kent N6WT and Dave W6DE)

- when populating an override with location information derived from the override's DXCC entity, tolerates nulls in DXCC database fields (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- when determining whether an exception specifies a location different than the callsign's entry in the USAP database, first removes callsign suffixes like /A, /B, /M, /P, /QRP, /MM, /MM1,/MM2, /MM3, /AM, /MOBILE, /AG, /AA, /AE, /ND, /LH, /YL, and /FF (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- updates DXCC.txt, which is referenced by WinWarbler, to show that Kingman Reef is deleted

- provides the ability to populate the Override List from Jim AD1C's BigCTY exception list (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- interprets striking the Enter key in the "Override Filter" panel's textbox to mean "filter the Override List with the callsign specified in the textbox"

- on the Configuration window's "Override List" tab, displays the "modification date of last Club Log exceptions used to update the Override List" and "date the Big CTY exceptions were last used to update the Override List"

- on the Configuration window's "Override List" tab, invoking the ClubLog and BigCTY functions will display an "Override Update Report"  window showing changes to existing entries on the Override List

- on the Configuration window's "Override List" tab, invoking the ClubLog, BigCTY, Update, or multi-entry Delete functions while SpotCollector is running will terminate SpotCollector before deleting or modifying any Override List entries

- when determining a callsign's location, ignores /FF, /MM1, /MM2, /MM3, /LH, /ND, and /YL suffixes (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when determining the location of a callsign containing 2 slashes, ignores  /QRP,  /MM,  /MM1,  /MM2,  /MM3,  /AM,  /MOBILE,  /ND,  /LH,  /YL, and  /FF suffixes  (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- updates the Configuration.htm and Operation.htm documentation files
