This release

- expands the Go button to a more reasonable size (tnx to Bill GM0VIT)

- improves the accuracy of distance calculation

- if progress information for a DXCC entity cannot be found in the current log, tells the user how to correct the situation (tnx to Tom NB2A)

- correctly selects a DXCC entity by entity name (tnx to Giuseppe IT9FGA )

- if the Sunrise/Sunset window is open when a new location is selected, automatically updates the sunrise/sunset table values for that location (tnx to Art K6XT)

- updates the Operation.htm online documentation file
