 - plots spot on the DX Atlas map without requiring the built-in map to previously have been activated (tnx to Chuck, WS1L and Clint, WS1V)

 - more accurately plots logged QSOs on the DX Atlas map

 - responds promptly to DXKeeper during initialization

 - ensures that all logged QSOs are displayed (tnx to Art, WB4MNK)

 - when switching between logs in DXKeeper, clears the logged QSOs display, and displays DX spots

 - supports Google map access from non-US locales (tnx to Juergen, DL8LE)

 - can display logged QSOs and logged DXCC entities on the DX Atlas world map (tnx to Art, WB4MNK)

 - adds a PKT option to the "RTTY mode if WinWarbler not running" panel (tnx to Koen, ON7RK)

 - provides the option to display Maidenhead field and gridsquare status on the DX Atlas world map (tnx to Bill, KG4NZR and Alex, VE3NEA)

 - saves and restores DX Atlas settings from the DXAtlas.ini file so that settings changes made when operating DX Atlas standalone are applied when running DX Atlas via DXView, and vice versa (tnx to Bill, KG4NZR and Alex, VE3NEA)

 - provides the option to display information on the DX Atlas map, or only display the information when the mouse cursor rests on a plotted spot, logged QSO, or DXCC entity

 - selects the designated location when the user clicks on the DX Atlas world map with panning mode disabled, updating the Main window's latitude, longitude, distance, grid, and heading textboxes

 - QSY's the transceiver to the spot frequency, populates DXKeeper's Capture window, and initiates a Pathfinder lookup when the user depresses the SHIFT key while clicking a DX spot on the DX Atlas world map
