Cocos Island (TI9): change ITU zone from 11 to 12
Indonesia (YB7I to YB7P): change CQ zone from 38 to 28
Russia: add R?8V to Kemerovo Oblast
Russia: remove <PRI:KR> tags from entries for Russian-occupied Ukraine
Swaziland (3DA): change name to Republic of Eswatini
Various: remove legacy callsigns from country mappings
To upgrade to DXCC Database 2.6.1 to DXCC Database 2.6.2,
if you have DXKeeper, SpotCollector, and/or WinWarbler running, terminate them.
If you've been using DXKeeper, SpotCollector, and/or WinWarbler without having installed DXView, direct the Launcher to install DXView.
Start DXView, open its Configuration window, and select its Databases tab
click the New? button
click the DXCC Database's Upgrade button
terminate and restart DXView
Update logged QSOs to correct Cocos Island ITU zones and Indonesian CQ zones
download the file from www.dxlabsuite.com/dxkeeper/FIX_YB_TI9_Zones.txt and direct your web browser to save it into DXKeeper's Scripts folder
start DXKeeper
at the bottom of DXKeeper's Main window's Log QSOs tab, click the ~ button at the right end of the Filter panel; a Scripts button will appear to its immediate left
click the Filter panel's Scripts button; in the Run Script window that appears, navigate to DXKeeper's Scripts folder, and double-click the entry for FIX_YB_TI9_Zones.txt
when a small window asks if you wish to backup your log, click the Yes button
when a small window asks if you want DXKeeper to perform a Recompute operation, click the Yes button
wait for the Recompute operation to complete
start SpotCollector; on the Configuration window's Spot Database tab, click the Recomputation panel's Recompute button
