DXLab DXCC Database 2.5.9 Change Notes

Changes from DXCC Database 2.5.8: 

• for consistency with LoTW, defines Chinese provinces as primary administrative subdivisions using two-letter alphabetic codes rather than numeric codes

• does not specify CQ and ITU zones for Yemen, because regions of this country lie in two CQ zones and two ITU zones

To upgrade to DXCC Database 2.5.8 to DXCC Database 2.5.9,

1. if you have DXKeeper, SpotCollector, and/or WinWarbler running, terminate them

2. If you've been using DXKeeper, SpotCollector, and/or WinWarbler without having installed DXView, direct the Launcher to install DXView

3. start DXView, open its Configuration window, and select its Databases tab

   1. click the New? button

   2. click the DXCC Database's Upgrade button

   3. terminate and restart DXView

Note: if you are upgrading from a version of the DXCC Database earlier than 2.5.7,

1. start DXKeeper, and on it's Main window's Check Progress tab, click the Recompute button

2. start SpotCollector, and on the Configuration window's Spot Database tab, click the Recomputation panel's Recomp button
