Error in Loading DLL

If DXKeeper generates an entry in its errorlog.txt file like this

program error 48 in module DXLogModule.CreateLog,State = 7, Pathname = <your log file's pathname>: Error in loading DLL

then invoke the Fix it for me that is appropriate to your version of Windows in the Resolution section of this Microsoft Knowledgebase Article.
