- hides the "Include QSLs to be sent via..." options on the Main window's QSL tab when the "QSL Via" panel is set to LotW

- enables the DXCC verification report to handle entities with country codes up to 999 (tnx to Mel WB3D)

- enables the QSL Kind report to handle entities with country codes up to 999 (tnx to Bill NJ1H)
