- during a "previous QSOs" lookup, if no frequency was logged with the most recent QSO, reports the band logged with that QSO (tnx to Paul VE1DX)

- provides the option to generate a header record when generating a tab-delimited file from the QSL Queue (tnx to jeff AC0C)

- updates the QSL.htm documentation file
