This release

- ignores QSOs made before June 12 1991 for the Russian District Award (tnx to Dave G4MUL)

- provides the option to generate a submission report for the Russian District Award, and provides an RDA_submission script command (tnx to Dave G4MUL)

- updates the Log.htm and Progress.htm online documentation files


Notes:

When you click the RDA button in the "Worked All..." panel on the Main window's "Check Progress" tab, the new "DXKeeper RDA Award" window appears; this window provides Progress and Submission buttons that when clicked generate Progress and Submission reports respectively.
