This release

- corrects a defect that caused the Capture window secondary subdivision item to incorrectly become visible

- corrects a defect that caused the Capture window award item (ARRL, DOK, Region) to incorrectly become visible

- informs the user if a "Sync eQSL.cc QSLs" operation results in eQSL.cc reporting  "you have no log entries" (tnx to Brian W2BJM)

- ensures that the Main window's Import tab is visible on an 800x600 screen (tnx to Ed KE3D and Rich W3ZJ)

- updates the Import.htm online documentation file
