This release

- ensures that the Font selector governs all items on the Capture window and the Main window's Log QSOs tab

- eliminates an errorlog.txt entry in ADIF.ImportRecord when performing import duplicate checkng in a non-English locale

- replaces a conversion function used in frequency processing that fails in non-US locales, prohibiting the correct capture of frequencies

- corrects a regression in ADIF import that results in the recording of incorrect frequencies (e.g. when logging a QSO from WinWarbler)

- removes Province from the "Advanced Sorts, Filters, and Modifiers" panels item selectors

- includes diagnostics aimed at

  * isolating the "can't create new log" problem

  * isolating the "log pathname doesn't persist between operating sessions" problem
