This version 

- include 4m, 5m, and 8m QSOs in the IOTA VHF category (tnx to Aart PA3C)

- accepts DeleteQSO directives from other applications (tnx to Tom NY4I)

- on the Configuration window's Awards tab, provides am "FFMA no unworked & unconfirmed"" option in the "Other Awards" panel that when disabled with VUCC Realtime Award Tracking enabled adds a list of unworked 6M FFMA grid squares and a list of unconfirmed 6M FFMA grid squares to the FFMA progress report (tnx to Dave N9FN, Joe W4TV, Robie AJ4F, Dave W6DE, and John WA2FZW)

- adds the "BO-33 Shebekino" district in European Russia to the Secondary Subdivision Database (tnx to Ole LA9VBA)

- updates the Confifguration.htm, Progress.htm, and QSL.htm documentation files

1. Direct the Launcher to install or upgrade DXKeeper 

2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of DXKeeper to be "safe" 

   a. JOTTI virus scan: 0 of 13 scanners detected malware in this version's executable

   b. VirusTotal: 1 of 71 scanners detected malware in this version's executable: "Malicious.moderate.ml.score" is an heuristic detection by Trapmine indicating that a file is potentially malicious; it is often a false positive.
