- when computing DXCC award statistics, ignores QSOs made before 1945-11-15

- when exporting a tab-delimited file, includes the Grid1, Grid2, Grid3, and Grid4 items (tnx to Rich K1HTV)

- includes AO-91 in the DefaultSatellites.txt file used to populate SatName selectors

- enables selection of an existing folder in which QSO audio files will be stored (tnx to Al K0VM and Bob WB2NVR)

- enables generation of Cabrillo for the Makrothen contest (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- in DXCC and WIA progress reports, includes "Satellite DXCC" statistics based on any QSO whose "Prop Mode" item is set to SAT and whose "QSO Begin" item is set to March 1, 1965 or later (tnx to Dave W6DE and Fred AB1OC)

- includes QSOs confirmed via LoTW in WAZ award progress

- optionally generates WAZ submissions that include QSOs confirmed via LoTW

- updates the AudioRecordingConfiguration.htm, Configuration.htm, ConfigureLogPageDisplay.htm, Contesting.htm, Export.htm, and Progress.htm documentation files
