- when performing a lookup operation from the Capture window, gives information specified in an override priority over information obtained from a callbook lookup (tnx to Jay KA9CFD)

- conveys modified Candidate QSL Messages to WinWarbler {version 8.6.2 or later} (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- when exporting a QSO with "Export ADIF for eQSL.cc" selected, expands any QSL Substitution Commands present in the QSL Msg item (tnx to John K8AJS)

- accelerates override checking

- extends the Report and AppendReport script commands to be able to generate an NPOTA progress report

- generating an NPOTA progress report sends SpotCollector {version 7.4.4 or later} an updated NPOTA filter that hides Spot Database Entries whose NPOTA field specifies a worked park code (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- updates the Export.htm, Progress.htm, QSL.htm, and Scripts.htm documentation files
