This release 

- on the Main window's "My QTHs" tab, changes the State column header to "Pri  sub", and the County column header to "Sec sub" (tnx to Nuno CT2IRY)

- corrects a regression in 12.8.2 that prevented the <grid> and <iota> QSL substitution commands from working correctly (tnx to Nuno CT2IRY)

- provides <stationgrid> and <stationiota> QSL substitution commands that are replaced by the QSO's grid square and the QSO's IOTA designator, respectively (tnx to Nuno CT2IRY)

- updates the QSL.htm documentation file
