- correctly considers already-submitted and already-verified QSOs when assembling VUCC, WAS, WAZ, and WPX submissions (tnx to Mike W3QT)

- provides the ability to specify whether the UTC sort on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab and the sorts implemented after "Sync eQSL.cc QSLs" and "Sync LotW QSLs" operations place the Log Page Display in ascending or descending order (tnx to John AC4CA and Joe W4TV)

- provides keyboard shortcuts for use in the QSL Editor window (tnx to Fred AB1OC)

Notes:

 
1. There's a new "Chronological sort order" sub-panel in the "Log Page Display panel on the Configuration window's Log tab.  It defaults to "Ascending", which introduces no change to DXKeeper's previous behavior. If this panel is set to "Descending",

- if the Sort panel on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab is set to UTC, the Log Page Display is sorted in descending order
of each QSO's "QSO Begin" item

- after updated logged QSOs to reflect their confirmation via eQSL.cc, the "Sync eQSL.cc QSLs" operation sorts the Log Page
Display in descending order of "eQSL.cc received date"

- after updated logged QSOs to reflect their confirmation via LotW, the "Sync LotW QSLs" operation sorts the Log Page
Display in descending order of "LotW received date"


2. To fill in missing CQ and ITU zones in your logged QSOs with information from your callbook, use the following 3-step procedure. Note that

- other missing information -- e.g. name, QTH, or email address -- will also be filled in if returned by the callbook lookup

- if you use "QRZ.com via Pathfinder" as your callbook, you are limited to ~100 lookups per day, and lookups proceed at the rate of one every 4 seconds


2a. Backup your log (Configuraton window, Log tab, Backup button)

2b. filter the Log Page Display with the SQL expression

(len(cqz)=0) or (len(ituz)=0)

2c. on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab, depress the ALT key while clicking the CBA button

4. I received a report a few hours ago that the "Chronological sort order" sub-panel setting does not persist when DXKeeper terminates and restarts. I am unable to replicate this behavior, nor has a review of the code exposed the responsible defect. Rather than delay a release with several other defect repairs, I've added additional diagnostics to this version that should facilitate the detection of the defect on the systems where it manifests itself.
