This release 

- enables the "Sync LotW QSOs" and "Sync LotW QSLs" operations to handle a logged QSO whose mode is JT4 (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- displays the "DXCC Submission Reminder" if the "DXCC Submission Reminder" option is enabled and the user marks as confirmed a QSO whose DXCC entity has not received DXCC credit (tnx to David K2DSL)

- updates the file that drives the DXCC Compare function for consistency with changes made to the ARRL's online Award Credit Matrix (tnx to Bill W9OL)

- updates the QSLConfiguration.htmdocumentation files
