- when uploading to ClubLog automatically or on command, changes 'X' in the uploaded "QSL Rcvd" and "LotW QSL Rcvd" items to 'I' (tnx to Joe W4TV and Michael G7VJR)

- correctly implements Override checking during Importing when exactly one Override is defined (tnx to Phil GU0SUP)
